Hopefully, PC will figure out the root of the problem or at least give me some legit meds for the pain. I just moved into a new apartment, and the new bed is better, but yea they still arent exactly comfortable. Ill be sure to update after tomorrow. Thanks again!!Morgan Paigehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14637803507008536626noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5929034878108177039.post-57817707903908940592012-04-22T13:33:59.991-05:002012-04-22T13:33:59.991-05:00I feel a little bit like a creeper offering my adv...I feel a little bit like a creeper offering my advice - I COSed in Oct and have no idea if we ever met, but I occasionally look through pc journals - but I had/have the same problem, thanks to two years of sleeping on a macedonian sofa. Hopefully PC will offer you something better than a handful of muscle relaxants and advice to sleep on your floor, which is what I got, but in the meantime, if you can, try these stretches: http://www.backtrainer.com/Williams-Flexion-Versus-McKensie-Extension-Exercises-For-Low-Back-Pain.html. I had the same sort of radiating pain you have, the sort where you can barely walk, for about a month, and then on and off since, but these stretches always make it feel a little better. (They offer two types - Williams & McKensie - on that page. I always did just the Williams.)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
